SketchUp project

Along this project you will have to design a house of two floors (both the inside and outside) with some requirements. Then you will need to export several pictures showing its different sides.

Requirements of the project:

  • The house must have two floors.
  • It will fit in a rectangle of 10×20 meters.
  • It must have, at least: 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms, one kitchen, one living room and a garage.
  • One stair will connect the first and second floors.
  • The inside design must fit the outside model.
  • Inner walls must be 15cm wide and the ones of the exterior 20cm.
  • The height of each floor will be of approximately 3,5 meters.
  • The outside model will include colors and textures to represent the different materials used for construction.

Delivery of the project:

The project will consist on three separate SketchUp projects:

  • First floor.
  • Second floor.
  • An outside design.

Apart from these three files, the following drawings must be created:

  • A perspective image and a top view of the first floor, both in PNG format.
  • A perspective image and a top view of the second floor, both in PNG format.
  • A perspective image of the outside design and a view of the main facade of the house, both in PNG format.
